Cartridge Specialists helps customers choose the correct ink and toner cartridges and supports them before, during, and after purchase.

We specialise in cartridges first, but also supply printers and related technology products to provide complete support when required.

How much is delivery?

We offer flat-rate delivery of $8.50 Australia-wide to most addresses.

Deliveries to PO Boxes incur a flat fee of $15, due to additional carrier charges.


How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders placed before 3pm are dispatched same day or next business day.

Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location.


Can I pick up my order?

No.

Cartridge Specialists operates as an online-only business.
Orders ship directly from secure warehouses across Australia, and warehouse pick-up is not available.


Do you sell genuine cartridges?

Yes.

We sell genuine (OEM) cartridges, clearly identified on our website.
We also sell compatible and re-manufactured cartridges, which offer excellent value and are tested for quality and reliability.


What is the difference between genuine, compatible, and re-manufactured cartridges?

  • Genuine (OEM): Made by the printer manufacturer

  • Compatible: Newly manufactured cartridges designed to meet or exceed OEM standards

  • Re-manufactured: Original OEM cartridges that have been professionally rebuilt, refilled, and tested

Will compatible cartridges void my printer warranty?

No.

Under Australian Consumer Law, printer manufacturers cannot void your printer warranty simply because you use compatible or re-manufactured cartridges.


Do you sell printers and computers?

Yes.

In addition to cartridges, we supply:

  • Computers

  • Hardware and accessories

Availability may vary, so if you don’t see what you need online, please contact us.


Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes.

All products are covered by:

  • Manufacturer warranties where applicable

  • Our own cartridge replacement or refund guarantees

Do you sell grey imports?

No.

We source products from authorised Australian suppliers.
All genuine products are intended for the Australian market.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, international shipping is available.

  • Freight is quoted per order

  • Payment is via direct bank transfer or cheque/money order

  • Orders must be approved before payment

What if I receive a faulty cartridge?

In most cases, faulty cartridges do not need to be returned.

We usually replace faulty cartridges by verifying the batch number on the cartridge itself.
